ultrasupial (digital video, 2021)

This collage animation started with a video I took of a possum in a driveway. I imagined it appearing on an ultrasound monitor, so I created that in Premiere, and then built the rest of the video around that image. I used a track I had already produced in Logic as a way to determine the duration and pacing of the visuals. Many of the photos I cut out are from a Vanity Fair magazine because it happened to be lying around.
